Azerbaijan, Slovenia to discuss strengthening of bilateral cooperation
Azerbaijan and Slovenia will discuss strengthening of bilateral cooperation during the Slovenian State Council Chairman Mitya Bervar
The visit will take place on March 1-5, an Azerbaijani diplomatic source told Trend Feb. 18.

Bervar is expected to meet with the leadership of the country, Parliament Speaker Oqtay Asadov and other officials during the visit.

The Azerbaijani-Slovenian business forum will be held as part of the visit. More than 85 businessmen from Slovenia will attend the forum.

According to the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Slovenia as of 2014 amounted to $8.659 million. Around $8.65 million accounted for the imports from Slovenia to Azerbaijan, while $13,150 for export to Slovenia.
