"The Embassy of Azerbaijan for security reasons calls on Azerbaijani citizens in Turkey not to take part in the protests," the Embassy said.
The Embassy also encourages its citizens to immediately contact the diplomatic mission in the event of any negative situation.
The wave of protests began last Friday in Istanbul in the central park near Taksim Square with a rally of supporters of environmental protection.
