"Great Britain is the largest investor in Azerbaijan," he said. "The energy sector has a principal place in the mutual cooperation. In particular, only BP invested $25 billion in Azerbaijan. Despite the cooperation falling mainly to the energy sector, the parties also cooperate in other areas."
In particular, he believes there is great potential for cooperation between the parties in the field of alternative and renewable energy sources.
