An exhibition was arranged as part of the 22nd Congress of World Petroleum Council in Istanbul, Turkey. Azerbaijan was represented by State Oil Company at the exhibition.
Opened during at the İstanbul Congress Center, the exhibition covers more than 16,000 square of exhibition space, which includes a 3705-pax auditorium and 115 meeting rooms.

Socar president spoke very well. Emil was terrible who was always playing with his phone. He had bald head. He probably didn`t wash in months. Another gentleman Ibrahim whom I dealt with was much better.
