Some hide their vice from their loved ones, while others admit they pretend they order food for a family when really they're going to eat it all themselves.
The junk food lovers admitted their addiction in hilarious social media comments using the hashtag #fastfoodconfessions.
One Facebook user, Sarah Beaty, said she once got a lift with a delivery driver after failing to get a taxi home after a night out - adding she only felt safe to do so because she knew the driver so well from countless takeaway orders.
Another, Zoey Marie Deacon, said she is so addicted to fast food that takes the fuse out of her oven so that she can pretend to her partner that the oven isn't working, forcing them to order a takeaway.
One cheeky girlfriend confessed she lied to a date that she had made a meal herself when in fact she had just ordered a takeaway in and transferred the contents to a saucepan.
The fast food addicts shared their guilty admissions after online takeaway ordering service Hungry House asked people to share their #fastfoodconfessions.
The best entry is set to win £50 worth of takeaway credit.
