“We ask Allah to bestow mercy on our brothers and sisters murdered in Khojaly, and we understand their pain,” Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, told a press conference following the meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
