Changes in Azerbaijani central bank’s board

Changes occurred in the board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), the CBA told AzVision.az Sept. 12.

Khagani Abdullayev, member of the CBA board, has resigned at his own request. Abdullayev has held this post since April 2010.

After Abdullayev has left, four people, namely, chairman Elman Rustamov, first deputy Alim Guliyev, deputies Vadim Khubanov and Aftandil Babayev, work at the CBA board.

Members of the CBA board are appointed upon the order of the Azerbaijan president.
