“We won`t endure whims of Armenia any longer. Otherwise, the Khojaly monument won’t forgive us,” said first vice-speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov.
Asgarov said though Armenia was demanded to liberate occupied Azerbaijani territories at all one-on-one meetings held between Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents, Armenia doesn’t do that: “Minsk group co-chair don’t put pressure on Armenia either. Three OSCE Minsk group co-chair countries recognizing the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan should put pressure on Armenia. However, the mediators confine themselves to visiting the region as tourists. This is the problem. Azerbaijani President has repeatedly said that he supports the peaceful settlement of the conflict. However, the people`s patience has a limit. Armenia is simulating the negotiations. This imitation should be ended.”
