Ambassador: "The Azerbaijan-Belarus Intergovernmental Commission will hold a meeting"
"President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is expected to pay an official visit to Belarus", said Belarusian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Nikolai Paskevich.
He said that the Azerbaijan-Belarus intergovernmental commission will hold a meeting on March 10. “The program on the commission’s meeting is being specified. A number of issues will be discussed at the meeting attended by Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko on the Belarusian side and Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov on the Azerbaijani side. The issues to be discussed include the preparation of the documents that will be signed during President Ilham Aliyev`s visit to Belarus”, he said.

Paskevich said that the date of the visit hasn’t been specified yet: “The visit will take place by the end of the year. Several agreements will be discussed during the visit. A number of issues regarding the cooperation between the two countries will be discussed. The Commission will hold a meeting next month in connection with the preparation of these documents.”
