Georgia did not allow Armenia's new ambassador to enter the country
Official Tbilisi refused to receive Sergey Minasyan, the Deputy Director of the Caucasus Institute as an ambassador, AzVision.az reports citing Armenian "Zhamanak" newspaper.
Shirak Torosyan, an Armenian MP from the ruling Republican Party confirmed the fact.

Earlier, Georgian government has announced Sergey Minasyan as a persona non grata. Georgia considers that the political scientist Minasyan might defend Russia's interests, that is why his appointment as an ambassador is unacceptable.
