Ali Hasanov comments on Armenia
“By turning the Armenian people into victim of its extremist activity and challenging neighbor countries with territorial claims, this state casts doubt on its future”

“We deeply regret that Armenia carries on with its destructive position and challenging the norms of international law. It actually violates all the principles of international law, overtly revealing this position to the world,” Ali Hasanov, Presidential aide, head of the political and public affairs department at the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, said in his comments on Armenia’s position regarding the hostages.

A. Hasanov said these actions of Armenia remain unanswered at such a time doubles standards are prevalent throughout the world.

“However, we say to Armenia as well as its backers that it’s impossible to build and govern a state with this type of statements, mindset and political outlook. If they indeed have the least respect for the norms of international law, then they should at least think of the interests of their people. By turning the Armenian people into a hostage of its extremist activity and challenging neighbor countries with territorial claims, this state casts doubt on its future,” the PA official underlined.
