FMs of GUAM member countries sign Tbilisi Declaration

The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine – Elmar Mammadyarov, Mikheil Janelidze, Andrei Galbur and Pavlo Klimkin – signed a Declaration following the meeting held in Tbilisi on October 8 on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the organization’s establishment, AzVision.az reports.
The declaration envisages prospects for further development of GUAM.
