About 1,000 miners participate in a protest by Ukraine’s parliament demanding their overdue wages are settled and the coal mining industry is supported.
The miners say they have not received wages for recent two and a half months, Ukraine’s UNN agency reported on Monday.
The protesters knock with their helmets calling on the authorities to increase funding for the coal mining industry.
