Iran-Azerbaijan trade makes up $400m
“The trade between Iran and Azerbaijan made up $400 million over the past eight months,” Iranian ambassador to Azerbaijan Javad Jahangirzadeh has told AZERTAC.
The ambassador underlined that the economic ties are rapidly developing thanks to the efforts of the Azerbaijan-Iran State Commission on economy, trade and humanitarian cooperation. “This development has contributed to growth in the bilateral trade,” Jahangirzadeh said.

“There are good transit opportunities in Azerbaijan. And the Iranian businessmen may enter the markets of the third countries with the aid of Azerbaijan,” the ambassador added.
