Ensign Arayik Sukiasyan, soldier Gevorg Ghazaryan and junior sergeant Mihran Hovakimyan were arrested after Albert Safaryan was found with a gunshot wound in the evening on February 27. A criminal case was filed under article 110 of the Criminal Code (incitement to suicide).
The soldiers are suspected of committing a crime under Article 359 (violation of the statute, beatings or other violence). The ensign is suspected of committing a crime under Article 358.1 (beating, violence against him).
