The new stage of negotiations between the EU and Azerbaijan will be held in Brussels in early November, Head of Political, Economics and Press and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Denis Daniilidis told.
He noted that the meeting will take place approximately on November 6-7.
