Security issues in Central Asia to be discussed in Dushanbe
The security issues in Central Asia will be discussed during high-level dialogue between the European Union and Central Asia March 10-12 in Dushanbe, Asia-Plus reported March 9 citing the Tajik Foreign Ministry.

Delegations from Central Asian countries and European External Action Service of the European Union will visit Tajikistan’s capital to attend this event.

During the dialogue, the sides will discuss the issues related to strengthening security in Central Asia, in particular, countering the rise of extremism and radicalism in the region.

Reaching concrete agreements and initiatives for maintaining stability in the region is on the agenda.
