Russia begins military exercises in Armenia
Russia has launched military exercises of engineering units at the military base in Armenia, RIA Novosti reports.
Specialist engineers will fulfill the tasks of operating military equipment, detecting objectives for suspicious explosive devices, planting mines and others at an altitude over 2,200 meters above sea level.

More than 100 soldiers and about 30 pieces of military equipment have been involved in the month-long exercises.
