The document was signed by chairman of ASAN Service Inam Karimov and ISESCO Director General Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri. The MoU aims to expand the existing bilateral cooperation between ASAN Service and ISESCO and encourage the application of ASAN service model in ISESCO member countries.
Addressing the signing ceremony, Inam Karimov provided an insight into the reforms carried out in Azerbaijan by President Ilham Aliyev over the last years. He also highlighted innovations and successful projects implemented by ASAN Service.

The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASAN Service) and the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Morocco.
