"We are finalizing 2017 with good results and achievements in the fields of economic, social and international politics, and once again we see that development in Azerbaijan is stable and successful," he said.
Ilham Aliyev noted Azerbaijan will move forward with great speed and with great success in the years to come.
"We have a lot of challenges ahead, and we have to solve all problems, problems of people's concern, and the problem of both Baku, big cities and even the smallest village should be in the focus of attention," he said.
