Significant progress has been achieved in EU-Azerbaijan relations since the last Eastern Partnership Summit in Riga, said an EU official during a video-conference dedicated to the upcoming summit in Brussels.
"We are negotiating a new comprehensive agreement with Azerbaijan and expect it to initialed soon. The aviation agreement is also expected to be initialed soon as well," said the EU official.
