ANAMA carries out cleaning in Jabrayil district

Azerbaijan’s National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) carried out cleaning operations in the area surrounding the village of Jojug Marjanli in Jabrayil district selected for the construction of an irrigation canal.
ANAMA told that 43,616 square meters (4,36 hectares) of land were cleared during the day, and 22,400 square meters (2,24 ha) of land was prepared for cleaning by special mechanical means. No mines or UXOs were not found.
