Azerbaijan contributes to the development of Afghanistan - Azerbaijani President

Azerbaijan considers 7th Ministerial Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process (HoA), titled “Security and Economic Connectivity towards a Strengthened Heart of Asia Region” as an important process which can contribute to the development of Afghanistan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev told at the conference, AzVision.az reports.
"Azerbaijan contributed to the development of Afghanistan. The recognition and protection of the borders at international level, which is the main condition of the regional security, ensure the security all over the world. This also constitutes the main part of the "Heart of Asia"- Istanbul process and was reflected in the ministerial declaration", Ilham Aliyev noted.
