Azerbaijan is Iran's close neighbour - Zarif

Iran has good relations with Azerbaijan, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told at the 7th ministerial conference on Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process (HoA), titled “Security and Economic Connectivity towards a Strengthened Heart of Asia Region” , AzVision.az reports.

"I have met Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev today. We have discussed the field of energy, the state of the Caspian Sea, Russia-Azerbaijan-Iran and Turkey-Azerbaijan-Iran relations, as well as the expansion of trade ties. Azerbaijan is Iran's close neighbour.
