A meeting of foreign ministers from the Caspian littoral states kicked off in Moscow on Tuesday, AzVision.az reports citing APA.
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is also taking part in the meeting, which will focus on the draft document of the Convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea, an APA correspondent reported from Moscow.
