Azerbaijani president approves amendments to Migration Code
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has approved the amendments to the Migration Code. The following two articles have been added to the law, AzVision.az reported.
“Article 9.3.4-1. Until court exempts the convict from the rest of his/her sentence or the convict serves the rest of his main sentence – when the sentence against pregnant women and those with underage children has been postponed.”

“Article 17.1.5-1. Until court exempts the convict from the rest of his/her sentence or the convict serves the rest of his main sentence – when the sentence against pregnant women and those with underage children has been postponed.”
