Russia has never requested an agreement from the government of Azerbaijan for Georgy Zuev, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference in Vienna on Dec.8.
"We never asked for agreement from the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Mr. Zuev," the minister said.
