An aircraft of British Airways, flying from Mumbai to London, made an emergency landing in the Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku, the airport told Dec. 11.
The emergency landing was made after smoke was detected in the aircraft.
"135 passengers and 17 crew members were on board Boeing-777. The plane made a successful landing and is at the Heydar Aliyev Airport now", the airport said.
