Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammad-Guliyev said on Tuesday he does not believe that Azerbaijan will join the World Trade Organization (WTO) within 1-2 years, AZVision.az reported.
“Despite the progress in the negotiations with the EU on sectoral and political blocs, there is a delay in the negotiations on trade and investment spheres,” he said.
“This may be due to the fact that Azerbaijan is not a WTO member. The issue related to WTO is included in each article,” added Mammad-Guliyev.
