Mr. Walter will have meetings with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Speaker of the Parliament Ogtay Asadov, Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov and Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov as well as Head of the State Committee on the Affairs of Refugees and IDPS Ali Hasanov, leaders of political parties represented in the parliament, members of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, refugees and IDPs, civic society members dealing with the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
