Azerbaijani state border service arrests 503 trespassers

The State Border Service of Azerbaijan has detained 503 people for trespassing the state border, 12,241 for violating the rules of the border regime and 4686 wanted people, AzVision.az reports citing the report on the meeting dedicated to the results of the activities of Azerbaijan's State Border Service in 2017.
Azerbaijani state border also prevented the smuggling of goods worth over 13 million manats and more than 156 kg of drugs.
