" We will restore our territorial integrity. I am sure we do establish `ASAN XIDMƏT`Regional Service in Shusha as well", Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said during the meeting with Barda residents, in the framework of the opening ceremony of the Barda “ASAN xidmət” regional center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations, AzVision.az reports.

The President noted that all norms of international law support the position of Azerbaijan: "Historical justice also supports our position. Nagorno-Garabakh is the native land of Azerbaijan, decisions and resolutions adopted by international organizations, support our position. The declaration on strategic partnership, signed yesterday with the President of Pakistan, also reflected the settlement of the conflict within the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan. Earlier this month, I paid a visit to Bulgaria, where we also signed a declaration on strategic partnership. This declaration reflects similar proposals."

President Ilham Aliyev noted that the sovereignty, territorial integrity, inviolability of borders are the main terms and conditions: "If this problem is solved in the framework of international law, it would have been solved long ago. The thing is that Armenia ignores international law, does not comply with the resolution, in such circumstances, we should rely only on our own strength and we do. Construction of the army, a strong economy, a strong political position with each passing day brings us closer to victory."

The President noted that Azerbaijan in recent months completely provides benefits on the frontline: "Our young people in the army with dignity stand guard over homeland and a serious blow to the enemy. And it should be so, Nagorno-Garabakh is an integral part of Azerbaijan and all the public attention focused on this goal. Observed in the community solidarity and mobilization and economic and military power is one of the most important factors determining our victory. Any way we will restore our territorial integrity."
