"We are proud that Czech company Moravia Steel has been involved in the reconstruction process of the Azerbaijani BTK segment. The company has been working on a project in which more than $1 billion has been invested since 2011, "Jindrich said.
Among other projects implemented in Azerbaijan with the participation of the Czech Republic, the secretary noted the installation of turbines produced in the Czech Republic, the Takhtakorpu hydro power plant, the reconstruction of several roads.
Speaking about bilateral cooperation, the diplomat also touched upon the sphere of education.
"The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan are preparing to sign a memorandum of understanding. In addition, 10 cooperation agreements have already been signed between our universities, "Jindrich said.
