The passenger plane of the Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), carrying out flight J2 251 on the Baku-Nakhchivan route, returned to the Heydar Aliyev International Airport some time after the takeoff, said AZAL Dec. 22.
The plane departed from Baku at 08:12 (UTC+4), however, it returned to the Heydar Aliyev airport due to a sharp deterioration in weather conditions at the Nakhchivan airport (fog and limited visibility).
