“Pakistan, as before, clearly states that diplomatic relations can be established with Armenia only after the liberation of occupied Azerbaijani territories. This is an indication of value Pakistan puts on its relations with Azerbaijan and the result of the successful foreign policy pursued by President Ilham Aliyev. Azerbaijan`s position on the world stage is enhancing, it gains new friends which unequivocally demonstrate their position,” he noted.
