The event will be attended by representatives of Turkic-speaking nations from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Mongolia and Russian Federation and more than 100 artists.
Azerbaijan will be represented by pop-folk ensemble and Ashiq Ali Guliyev in the event.
Exhibition titled "Colors of Novruz" will be carried out by TURKSOY with the support of Permanent Missions of Azerbaijan and Turkic-speaking countries at UNESCO.
