Azerbaijani Ambassador to Spain Altay Efendiyev, producer of the “Over the sky on Azerbaijan” documentary Eleonora Vatral and documentary filmmaker Roberto Algarra attended the program.
Eleonora Vatral spoke what she learned about Azerbaijan during the preparation of the film, sharing her impressions about the hospitality of the Azerbaijani people and the beauty of the country. Speaking about Eleanora Vatral’s film “Over the sky on Azerbaijan”, Roberto Algarra said he decided to shoot a documentary on Azerbaijan after he learned Spanish pilots studied there during the Spanish Civil War, and even fought against Nazi Germany during the World War II. He appealed to the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Spain for it.
