Georgian President refuses to forgive Saakashvili

According to the President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili in the air of TV channel “Rustavi 2”, he doesn’t want to pardon the former head of Republic and ex-the Governor of Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili.
“By what logic should I pardon Saakashvili? The Prosecutor’s office does not know how to indict and to form the investigation, the judge can decide where the boundaries of the illegal use of the article of pardon. And that the President should pardon and thereby correct their mistakes?” — said the acting President of Georgia, adding that the pardon does not imply the correction of judicial error.
