Mr. Asadov said the visit created good opportunities for discussion of issues of mutual interest and deepening relations between the country and the Organization.
The Speaker spoke of achievements gained in Azerbaijan, as well as the country`s active role in realizing the regional and global projects. "Azerbaijan`s tolerant multicultural values are known in the world," he added.
Duarte Pacheco, in turn, said he will try his best for strengthening relations between Azerbaijan and the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
Committee Chairman Fuad Muradov and other official were also present in the meeting.
