Authorized capital of Caspian Innovation Center announced

A joint venture Caspian Innovation Center, established by SOCAR and IBM, has been registered.

The authorized capital of the company makes up AZN 393,000. Legal representative is Turkish citizen Zeren Karadere Gulseli.

Members of Supervisory Board are Ilham Aslanov, Yashar Latifov, Khalik Mammadov, Raichoora Rajan Prataprai, Saibene Michele, Bijlani Varun Kishor and Muttoni Antonio.

Yashar Latifov and Khalik Mammadov are SOCAR Vice-Presidents.
