Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov has said the country plans to open its diplomatic mission in Sudan as he gave a joint press conference with his Sudanese counterpart Ali Ahmed Karti.
Mr. Mammadyarov said Azerbaijan was interested in developing relations with African countries. Recalled the opening of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Ethiopia, the FM said the African Union is headquartered in this country.
