The ASAN Service system, created by the State Agency for Civil Service and Social Innovation at the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, creates a new approach in relations between the state and citizens.
The statement came from head of the department for law enforcement agencies at the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Fuad Alasgarov in an interview with journalists.
