TANAP to be launched in July

TANAP to be launched in July

Trans-Anatolian Pipeline will be launched in July 2018, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Berat Albayrak said at the 4th Ministerial Meeting of the Southern Gas Corridor (SGC) Advisory Council.

According to him, TANAP is an important project in terms of Turkey’s energy supply and National Energy and Mining Policy: ‘Significant steps were taken on supply during past two years’.

Albayrak noted that Turkey is also the most rational alternative for transportation of natural resources in Mediterranean Sea to Europe and world markets.
