EU Special Representative for South Caucasus arrives in Baku

EU Special Representative for South Caucasus arrives in Baku

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, has arrived in Baku, head of Political, Economics and Press and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Denis Daniilidis told.

During the two-day visit Klaar is scheduled to meet with President Ilham Aliyev, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov.

The Council of the EU appointed Klaar as EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia on November 13 last year.
