Six people detained on charges of terrorist propaganda in Turkey
Turkish police have detained six members of the opposition People’s Democratic Party (HDP) on charges of spreading terrorist propaganda over social media, the Turkish media reported.

The operation was reportedly held in the Kocaeli province in the north-west of Turkey.

Turkey has detained over 786 people on charges of spreading terrorist propaganda over social media since the beginning of the Operation Olive Branch on January 20.

Among the detainees, there are also 16 PKK (Kurdistan Workers’ Party) members.
