30 to 40 people joined the rally. They burned George Soros in effigy outside the foundation’s office in Tbilisi, demanding that it withdraw from the country immediately.
The rally participants claimed that the foundation engaged in “anti-national activities”, and that the local NGOs funded by it were acting ‘in the interests of other countries’.
