The fire was caused by a short circuit in the building. Firefighting engines and up to 10 ambulances arrived at the scene, the Health Ministry said.
According to the information, the total number of patients and medical staff in the center was more than 200 people. It was established that 55 people were in the building in which the fire occurred. Currently, the evacuated people are being provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance.
Despite all the necessary measures taken, it was impossible to save the lives of 24 people.
