Russia’s attitude towards the protocols on normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations continues to be topical, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a news conference in Yerevan answering a question about the Armenian president’s abolition of the Turkey-Armenia protocols.
She said Russia had already expressed its attitude to this agreement, adding that even the Russian delegation attended the signing ceremony in Zurich.
"We consider normalization of Turkey-Armenia relations as essential. This is for the sake of the interests of both countries. We have done our best to achieve this goal,” Zakharova added.
