The troops have left their places of permanent deployment, and, moving along the previously established routes, are heading to the concentration areas, according to the message.

In accordance with the plan of large-scale exercises held under the leadership of Azerbaijan’s defense minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, the military personnel, armored vehicles, aircraft, rocket and artillery systems, logistic support units and other units participating in the exercises are being re-deployed, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry said in a message March 12.
