Mr Mitov underscored the importance that Bulgaria attaches to its relations with Azerbaijan in the economic and the energy field, and pointed out that the Azerbaijani side is a strategic partner both for Bulgaria and the entire EU.
Ambassador Karimov said the relations with Bulgaria in all areas are of strategic importance for Azerbaijan.
The two diplomats discussed possibilities to enhance trade and economic relations between the two countries in various fields and industries.
